What’s Included in a Post-Renovation Clean?

Our service typically includes:

• Removing dust, dirt, and marks from all surfaces

• Vacuuming and dusting fixtures, woodwork, and appliances

• Cleaning skirting boards, frames, and door jambs

• Cleaning masonry such as tile and brick

• Removing stickers or labels from new fittings

• Ensuring surrounding living areas are clean following construction

Some projects may also include a final exterior clean. Below is a breakdown of each phase.

1. Rough Clean

This stage takes place during or immediately after construction work finishes. It includes removing major debris, scrap materials, and packaging. We will also remove stickers and labels from windows, doors, and fittings, as well as vacuum the property. In some cases, this phase includes preparing subfloors and surfaces so new flooring installations can be completed correctly.

2. Light Clean

This is the most detailed and labour-intensive stage. Rooms such as kitchens and bathrooms receive a comprehensive clean, including all fixtures, cabinets, counters, sinks, toilets, and windows. Specialist equipment is used to remove fine construction dust and leave surfaces spotless.

3. Final Clean

During the final stage, we tackle any remaining dust, dirt, fingerprints, and smudges that may have appeared since the light clean. Our team inspects the space carefully and performs finishing touches to ensure a pristine result.

Exterior Cleaning (If Required)

For projects involving external work, we will also clear outdoor debris, check exterior finishes like caulking and paintwork, and clean external windows. Depending on the project, this stage may be included within the light clean phase.
